Sterling Lexicon’s parent organization, The Suddath Companies, joined the moving business with the dream of connecting people and possibilities in 1919. Starting as a local business in Jacksonville, Florida, we evolved to moving people around the country, and eventually, the world.

After years of building a strong global presence in the moving industry, we saw an opportunity to do more than just take people from point A to point B. Sterling Lexicon was founded in 1991 to help companies exceed their business goals by providing comprehensive global mobility solutions through innovative services, advanced technology and strategic insights.

What began as moving one person locally, has flourished into managing more than 33,000 relocations annually, drawing on the resources of 15 regional offices and serving 180 countries across the globe.
