As President of Sterling Lexicon David has global leadership responsibility for the entire organisation and is responsible for the overall strategic development of the business, driving revenues and profitability, expanding operational and technology capabilities and improving the overall client and transferee experience.
With more than 20 years in the relocation industry, David leads the charge in ensuring Sterling Lexicon delivers world-class experiences to customers around the world.
Prior to joining Sterling Lexicon, David was president at Paramount Transportation Systems (PTS) for more than six years. He previously worked for Suddath's international division, where he served more than five years as Vice President of Finance and Strategic Development. He also served 10 years in positions of increasing responsibility at Cartus, culminating in his role as Director of Global Supplier Relations. David earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut.
With more than three decades in the global relocation industry, Mark leads strategic growth both nationally and internationally for Sterling Lexicon. As Chief Commercial Officer, Mark oversees Sterling Lexicon's global sales and marketing teams, focusing on optimising performance to create the highest levels of customer satisfaction
Mark is a dynamic, seasoned professional who specialises in building integrated teams to increase market share. He leads teams across multiple cultures, encouraging innovation to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Prior to joining Sterling Lexicon, Mark spent 10 years with Santa Fe Relocation Services in London, with global responsibility for sales and marketing.
A London native, Mark holds the Senior Global Mobility Specialist (SGMS) designation from Worldwide ERC. He graduated from the City of London Polytechnic Moorgate.
As Managing Director for EMEA and APAC, Peter is at the forefront of all innovative and strategic planning within the business. He is a well-respected industry veteran with 27 years of global mobility experience in both the corporate and consulting sides of the industry.
A highly effective global mobility and HR professional, Peter has a strong track record of successfully developing global mobility policy, process and strategy. He has extensive experience recruiting and developing teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Before joining Sterling Lexicon in September 2018, Peter served as World Mobility Regional Director within the global mobility industry. He previously held positions including Head of Global Mobility and Head of Group Talent and Diversity for Tesco, and International Human Resources and Global Mobility roles with Marks & Spencer. He also served as a consultant with Andersen and Deloitte.
Peter received the Forum for Expatriate Management’s 2017 EMEA Award for Outstanding Contribution to Global Mobility in recognition of his service to the industry. He was educated at the Royal Hospital School in the United Kingdom.
In her executive position, Sarah oversees Sterling Lexicon's finance and accounting teams, a role that makes her responsible for all aspects of accounting, control and compliance, financial reporting and cash management. She develops tailored solutions for clients based on their needs and leads the operational accounting team to handle expense management and payroll reporting for clients.
Sarah brings more than 10 years of experience in finance to her position. Prior to joining Sterling Lexicon, she held various executive accounting positions, including serving as Controller for The Suddath Companies. She also has served as an auditor with Deloitte.
Sarah earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting and her Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
A leader of Sterling Lexicon’s innovation and change team, Rob is focused on enhancing and optimizing the mobility experience for clients and their employees.
Under his leadership, his team is developing leading-edge technology, creating enhanced communication solutions and driving process efficiencies -- making the relocation experience easier, more effective and more efficient for customers. In addition to leading the innovation team, Rob focuses on client implementation and global process improvement using lean strategies.
Rob joined Sterling Lexicon with more than 30 years of experience in the global mobility industry along with an extensive background in technology for the global mobility industry. He offers a rare blend of talent, having spent years progressing through a variety of positions with a major relocation management company, before taking on the responsibility of managing a large in-house relocation program.
Rob is Chairman of the Worldwide ERC® Foundation for Workforce Mobility and also serves as a board member of the Rocky Mountain Relocation Council. He has held his Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP®) designation for more than 20 years, in addition to the Global Mobility Specialist (GMS®) designation. He also has earned degrees in both computer science and applied behavioral science.
