Sterling Lexicon Expands EMEA/APAC Business Development Team

Sterling Lexicon is pleased to welcome Elodie Badun back to the EMEA/APAC sales and business development team. 

Elodie returns to Sterling Lexicon from a relationship manager role she held in 2011, where she helped ensure client satisfaction and retention, increased client engagement across multiple relocation services and developed new business opportunities.

She brings a proven track record of driving continued process improvements and growth to her new role, cultivated over 15 years of experience in the employee relocation and moving industries, including positions in global sales, account management and business development.

Elodie has provided policy consultation and assignee management for clients across multiple industry sectors and understands the importance of putting the employee and accompanying family members at the heart of every decision. She brings extensive industry knowledge and an ability to cultivate valuable and effective partnerships to the overall goals of delivering positive employee and client experiences.

Based in Paris, Elodie will now focus on driving the continued growth of Sterling Lexicon’s client base in France.
