Hong Kong Designates Hotels for Quarantine

Beginning at 12:00 a.m. on December 22, 2020, travelers arriving in Hong Kong from countries outside of China are required to be quarantined at specifically designated hotels. They will need to remain under quarantine in these locations for 14 days. Designated transport will be arranged to take individuals from the airport to the hotels.

See the list of designated hotels approved by the Hong Kong authorities.

As it may not be feasible for travelers arriving on December 21 to check into a hotel on the same day, in the event of flight delays or obtaining a Covid-19 test result for example, individuals are required to secure a reservation at a designated quarantine hotel prior to travel, or they will not be permitted to board the flight.
