Sterling Lexicon Adds Olkowski, Esikriah to Client Solutions Team

(Jacksonville, FL - April 11, 2024) - Sterling Lexicon is pleased to welcome Janet Olkowski, SCRP, GMS-T, and Marmar Esikriah as its newest Client Solutions Directors. Olkowski and Esikriah will engage with companies as consultative partners, designing custom service offerings to meet their unique global talent mobility needs.

"Our industry is all about people, and the lasting partnerships that are built on trust,” said Daniel Halfpap, Chief Commercial Officer. “Janet and Marmar not only have the technical expertise and knowledge to help guide businesses to the right blend of services for them and their people, but they have demonstrated their commitment to fostering and keeping strong relationships. Their records of delivering results with the highest levels of professionalism, integrity and care are well aligned with our mission and values, and we are thrilled to welcome them both to our team.”

With 35 years of business development, account management, consulting and marketing experience in the relocation industry, Olkowski has held strategic leadership and management roles for major relocation management companies. She brings a wealth of expertise, including program and policy consulting and development. Listening to clients’ unique needs, she will identify barriers to program growth and design effective, tailored solutions aligned with their talent and business goals.

Based in Philadelphia, Olkowski will serve as Sterling Lexicon’s U.S. Mid-Atlantic region representative. She holds designations as a Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP) and Global Mobility Specialist-Talent Management (GMS-T) from Worldwide ERC® (WERC). Olkowski currently serves as Board President of the Tennessee Relocation Council (TRC), a WERC-recognized regional relocation group.

“I’m excited to join Sterling Lexicon and contribute to their unique approach to client solutions,” said Olkowski. “Talent mobility needs are significantly changing, and we have to adapt our service portfolio to meet them. After speaking with the leadership team, I was so inspired by the company’s unique client solutions vision to enable me to both engage with potential clients and maintain the relationship as a consultative partner throughout their journey with us. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of such an innovative team.”

Esikriah has 10 years of global mobility industry experience in addition to a decade of business management and entrepreneurship. Her understanding of corporate HR, talent acquisition, global employers of record, contingent labor programs, strategic staffing solutions, management consulting and client relationship management will be invaluable in her role as Client Solutions Director. Esikriah is a versatile leader, innovative problem solver and caring client advocate who is committed to cultivating strong domestic and global relationships to help successfully navigate through the unexpected. She has supported major corporations with compliance, risk management and cost savings —experiences that will contribute to her ability to tailor solutions to meet Sterling Lexicon’s customers’ needs. With firsthand experience relocating internationally and domestically, Esikriah is empathetic to the global transferee and family experience.

Based in Houston, Esikriah will serve clients in the U.S. South Central region. She is an active member of several WERC-recognized regional relocation groups, including North Texas Relocation Professionals (NTRP), Austin Relocation Council (ARC), San Antonio Regional Relocation Council (SARRC) and Houston Relocation Professionals (HRP). She is fluent in English and Arabic.

"It is crucial to me that my personal ethos resonates with the ethos and standing of the company I represent," said Esikriah. "Sterling Lexicon values a culture of listening first to understand and build trust, then working collaboratively to design flexible solutions, culminating in the delivery of exemplary service. Their compassionate demeanor and commitment to staying agile in response to industry shifts are what truly ignited my desire to be part of this exceptional team."
