Sterling Lexicon Continues to Strengthen Global Client Solutions Team
Patrick Michaels to Serve the Americas’ Northeast Region
(Jacksonville, FL - June 19, 2024) - Global relocation management company Sterling Lexicon is pleased to welcome Patrick Michaels as its newest Client Solutions Director in the Americas region. Michaels brings just over 20 years of experience in leadership, innovation and global customer service to his new role, cultivated primarily within the talent mobility, real estate, travel and serviced accommodation / hospitality industries.
Prior to joining Sterling Lexicon, Michaels held several executive leadership, consultative and business development positions, working with customers and colleagues across the U.S., U.K., APAC, EMEA and Benelux regions. His most recent experience divided his time between the U.S. and the U.K. as founder and CEO of R3present. While at the helm, he spearheaded ways to advise companies within such industries as corporate consulting, talent mobility, luxury travel and hospitality on how to use brand awareness and strategic positioning to maximize competitive advantage. Prior to that, Michaels held progressively responsible roles with AKA/AVE Hotels and Hotel Residences (Korman Communities) and Santa Fe Relocation, where he contributed to the launch of nxt90days, a global consultancy group dedicated to leading executive teams through results-driven performance and process improvements.
“Patrick is clearly passionate about building lasting relationships by guiding global business leaders to success in meaningful, measurable ways,” shared Courtney Gribble, Sterling Lexicon’s Senior Vice President of Client Solutions. “His enthusiasm, innovative spirit and trusted consultative expertise in the talent mobility and corporate travel industries are well aligned with our goals to help our current and future customers make the most of their global talent management strategies.”
Sterling Lexicon’s Chief Commercial Officer Daniel Halfpap agrees. “As the global workforce mobility industry continues to evolve and demand new ideas and solutions, Patrick’s creative thinking, personal experiences and desire to mentor others throughout significant periods of change are powerful, complementary additions to our team. We are thrilled to add his unique perspectives and skills to the considerable bench strengths already present within our global client solutions roster today.”
Based in New Jersey, Michaels will primarily serve businesses operating throughout the Northeast region of the U.S. He is an active participant in Worldwide ERC (WERC), the global association for workforce mobility and several regional employee relocation groups. “What excited me most about joining Sterling Lexicon was their willingness to embrace new ways of thinking about and accomplishing things,” shared Michaels. “The world of work and travel is quickly evolving and yesterday’s solutions no longer apply. I really appreciate the enthusiastic, passionate approach the team brings to embracing and adapting to change.”
Michaels joined the company on June 17, 2024. He is a frequent contributor to industry panel discussions, podcasts and publications and holds a BS degree in marketing from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA, USA.
