Guaranteed Home Sales
Depending on the location and property, we can work with you to determine whether a guaranteed price scheme is the right way to go – whereby we help establish the viability, set the realistic offer price, and your company extends the purchase offer to the employee, taking temporary ownership. We work with a team of high quality, vetted estate agents, chartered surveyors, and solicitors to manage the process from end to end – from valuation through to completion. Once the offer is accepted we’ll help you complete all of the necessary legal buy-in proceedings, including title search and taxes, help you release the funds to the employee to be able to move to the new location and maintain the property until it is sold to the next buyer.

Managed Sales
In the managed sale option, we work with the same team of qualified professionals throughout all stages of the valuation, marketing and sale, but there is no guaranteed offer or “bridging loan” extended to the employee, and your company does not take ownership of the home.

Home Search/Settling in the Destination Location

We can also help your employees and accompanying family members select the right neighbourhoods and secure their new homes in the destination locations, by carefully assessing their needs, lifestyle priorities and budget, and putting our local market and real estate expertise to work.
