Recent Presidential Panel at Minnesota Employee Relocation Council featured David Dance
Minneapolis, MN — David Dance, President of Sterling Lexicon, was invited to speak at the Minnesota Employee Relocation Council (MERC) annual conference in Minneapolis regarding the current and future state of the mobility industry. Dance was joined by other RMC presidents to discuss hot topics such as supply chain restraints, relocation trends, and their predictions for the relocation industry in the future.
Additional topics included talent management shortages, employee and transferee burnout, and the impact of rising costs in the event of a recession. David and other RMC leaders highlighted valuable lessons learned during the pandemic.
It was an honor for Sterling Lexicon to present alongside industry leaders at the 2022 MERC Annual Conference and contribute to an insightful discussion on navigating uncertain times and the outlook for the global mobility industry in the future.
