Our Day-to-Day Behaviour

Sterling Lexicon’s Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) teams, in coordination with our COVID-19 task force, have been working hard to protect our employees, customers and partners.

Below are some of the preventative measures they have taken to ensure we are working safely.

Our Precautions

Personal Protective Equipment

  • All crew members are arriving at residence with their own masks and will continue to wear these during the move where appropriate and in accordance with country specific guidelines.

  • Revamped existing Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) programme

  • New GHP training, supplies, personal protective equipment (PPE) and awareness materials shared across all areas of the organisation and to the strategic suppliers and service partners across our network

Social Distancing

  • Crew members and other essential workers standing six feet apart where possible

  • No more than two crew members per room at any one time

  • Only one family member to interact with our crew leader on move day to limit contact

Hand Hygiene

  • Forgoing handshakes

  • Limiting the handling of your household goods

  • Sanitizing shared surfaces including hand trucks, dollies and other materials used 

  • Washing or sanitizing hands after touching shared surfaces or at least every two hours
